Al-Zahrawi University

Al-Zahrawi University is committed to support and bolster a holistic ethical organizational culture inside campus through various inclusivity, diversity, and ethical conducts. Currently, the university is hosting more than 3000 undergraduate students and more than 300 staff members. Both students and staff are belonging to diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. Al-Zahrawi University is obliged to offer its members with equal support and chances.

The university leadership is always applying ethical principles in all decisions and actions to ensure transparency and accountability. By doing so, the university is fostering confidence feeling in its leadership. Moreover, the university is implementing integrity and equity feelings inside campus through different units like women support unit and international students’ support unit. All campus members must feel equally respected and supported.

To enhance inclusive cultural collaboration inside Al-Zahrawi University, the university has encouraged the involvement of diverse members in the decision making and development of important policies. Also, the university has setup guidelines that explain the ethical codes for the campus community. All campus members must be aware of these ethical guidelines through attending related seminars and workshops.

Finally, the university is hosting several events, activities and festivals that promote diversity and ethical cultural awareness. For example, the university has recently organized the women support week to highlight the importance of women role in decision making
