:Introduction

To promote sustainability principles inside Al-Zahrawi University, the pro-environmental behavior should be enhanced for all members through education, training and engagement activities. The student led activities for advancing sustainability in Al-Zahrawi University is manifested by various ways like: enhancing awareness, assessment setup, funds management, promoting renewable energy production and collaboration with local communities. Through the application of these ways, the campus staff and students can acquire essential competence that can be applied inside and outside the university. As such, Al-Zahrawi University is committed to foster sustainability skills for its members to stand up against pressing challenges like climate changes, biodiversity loss and social injustice

Ø Encouraging campus members to minimize their environmental footprint and increase their positive role

Ø Enabling the university students to carry up positive environmental changes through initiatives led by students and their elected representatives

Ø Periodic monitoring and assessment of university environmental impact to ensure adherence to the institution policy and recognizing areas of possible improvement

Ø Ensuring that this policy items are adhering to local laws and regulations

Ø Providing training for all university staff and students on this policy regulations and practices
