The campus of Al-Zahrawi University involves a large dentistry clinic that provides free dentistry services to publics as a requirement for training students in the dentistry college. Also, the university has on-campus general clinic to provide urgent medical intervention and advise when needed. The future plans do involve the establishment of a general hospital as a requirement toopen a medical college, the construction of this hospital has reached advanced stages
