State Employees' Discipline Law

State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991, as amended

This law was enacted to simplify disciplinary procedures and expedite decision-making, and to grant ministers and department heads the necessary authority to impose prescribed penalties to ensure the proper functioning of state institutions in accordance with the requirements for fulfilling their assigned tasks. This is in line with the plans and curricula of the state and the socialist sector, and to standardize penalties, their effects, and their application to the majority of state employees.
