Legal Affairs and Litigation Department

1. Representing the university, filing lawsuits, and following up on them before the courts and relevant judicial authorities.

2. Preparing periodic legal reports on cases pending before the courts.

3. Providing legal advice to senior management on matters related to litigation.

4. Liaising with official bodies such as the Ministry of Higher Education, security agencies, and the judiciary.

5. Monitoring the implementation of court rulings and taking legal action to safeguard the university's rights.

6. Maintaining and archiving legal documents related to litigation and documenting issued rulings for future review and use, even if only for reference.

7. Providing legal counsel to various departments within the university on matters of a legal nature.
