The Legal Affairs Department seeks to proceed according to an effective administrative legal system that promotes integrity and transparency, and establishes a culture of law among university employees by respecting their rights and duties, in accordance with the laws and instructions that comply with the applicable Iraqi law, and to represent the university in all internal and external lawsuits before courts, departments and institutions within the functional jurisdiction.
