Contracts and Guarantees Division
1. Ratifying contracts concluded by the university with third parties, whether companies or individuals, after approval by the Government Contracts Division and the University President.
2. Issuing warnings to contractors who are defaulting on internal contracts, such as those for club and kiosk leases.
3. Ratifying guarantees for undergraduate graduate students accepted into other universities.
4. Ratifying guarantees for students studying abroad, both initial and final, and ratifying extension guarantees for students on scholarships, fellowships, etc.
5. Organizing legal undertakings for plagiarism detection for Master's and PhD students.
6. Organizing undertakings for receiving spousal and child allowances.
